COMMUNITY
Troop 901 female troop was founded in 2023 as a partner to Troop 109 boy troop.
Service, community engagement and leadership development become increasingly important parts of the program as youth lead their own activities and work their way toward earning Scouting’s highest rank, Eagle Scout.
Our focus is to serve and partner with the local Bonita Springs community.
OUTDOOR LEARNING
Scouts BSA prepares young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes through engaging the scouts in outdoor activities and a love of the world around us.
ADVENTURE
Scouts BSA will prepare every eligible youth to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader through providing the scouts with fun and exciting challenges to overcome.
YOUTH LED
The Troop is organized in a way to give Scouts the opportunity to lead by breaking them into patrols.
It can look chaotic. Sometimes it is. Adult leadership balances between running the show and guiding behind the scenes. True leadership growth happens when adult leadership instructs and then step out of the way. It sometimes fails. But when it succeeds it is the embodiment of why we are here.
