Upcoming Activities

  • June 25th – Kristian’s Eagle Scout Project
  • June 29th – Summer Camp Swim Classification Tests
  • July 8th – July 11th – Summer Camp at Oscar Scherer State Park.

Past Activities

  • May 31st – Memorial Day Color Guard and flag placement had such a great turnout and the scouts got to meet the Mayor.
  • June 5th – Kayak Build Day 3, ran out of glue, so more build days were scheduled. 
  • June 7th – Last Troop Meeting before summer Party. Lots of food, cake and games. See you at summer camp!
  • June 12th – Kayak Build Day 4, temperatures outside seem to just get hotter each build, our hands are cover in primer and glue, we even put a few Cubs to work. Paid them with donuts. But progress is being made.
  • June 17th – Kayak Build Day 4.5, Scoutmaster Tony and ASM Jon cut out bulkheads for the kayaks.
  • June 19th – Kayak Build Day 5, the kayaks got mostly assembled, a few even went home for painting! Ran out of glue again. Leadership will be assessing progress and decide on a plan to complete the Kayaks and have a race!
