All badges will be taught by qualified, adult instructors approved by the Council Advancement Committee.
After registration, Scouts will receive a Zoom Video Conference meeting code (separate e-mail to be sent Sunday night prior to the start of that session, not on your registration receipt). Please install the free Zoom Video Conference app (www.zoom.us) on your phone, tablet or computer prior to the class. Scouts will also receive a class specific e-mail address to send all homework to.

It is always a great honor for a leader within our Troop to be awarded their Wood Badge beads. Congratulations Velora!
Wood Badge is a great opportunity for adult leaders to better understand the patrol method and why we use it. It provides many useful leadership tools to help enable our youth to have the best possible Scouting experience. But it is so much more:
- Better Listening
- Managing conflict
- Leading change
- Stages of team development
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Leadership for different stages
- Servant leadership
- Project planning

Every year, Scouts across the US participate in a leadership course called National Youth Leadership Training or NYLT.
NYLT integrates the best of modern leadership theory with the traditional strengths of the Scouting experience. Participants are engaged in a unified approach to leadership that gives them the skills and confidence to lead well and is often compared with Wood Badge training for adults.
Congratulations Jack, Ando and Andon for completing this rigorous training!
