• April 25, 2026 – Scouts enjoyed an evening of bowling. In addition to having fun together, scouts worked on requirements for the Sports Merit Badge.
• May 17, 2026 – Scouts dedicated the morning to cleaning headstones at the Bonita Springs Cemetery as a part of Jack’s Eagle Scout Project. Also apart of the project, a ground-penetrating utility locating company scanned the entire cemetery to create a new and accurate map, replacing the church’s outdated version. The project resulted in the identification of 23 previously unmarked graves, helping reconnect families with their loved ones’ resting places.
• May 18, 2026 – The troop gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of our scouts at the End of Year Court of Honor. Antoni J. earned the rank of Second Class, and Prrataap D. achieved the rank of Life Scout. We also proudly recognized Colton B. and Lukas L. for earning the highest rank of Eagle Scout.
• May 24, 2026 – Troops 109 and 901 came together at the cemetery to honor our nation’s veterans by placing flags on their graves ahead of Memorial Day.
• May 25, 2026 – Scouts from Troops 109 and 901 participated in the City of Bonita Springs Memorial Day Celebration in downtown Bonita Springs, where they proudly led the Pledge of Allegiance in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
